Commercial work lives and dies on the schedule, so we plan the job around when the space can actually be empty and we hold to it. Polyaspartic cures fast enough to hand a floor back the next morning, which is usually the difference between a floor getting done and a floor getting put off another year.

Whatever goes on top, the slab underneath gets the same treatment first. It is ground back mechanically, the cracks and joints are repaired, and the surface is made flat and open enough for the resin to key into.
